Refund & Return Policy

At Top T-Shirt, all of our products are made to order. Each item is printed and produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this production process, we have the following refund and return policy.

1. Made-to-Order Products

Since our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong design, color, or quantity

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

3. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will assist you with a replacement or refund based on the carrier’s investigation result.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours after purchase.

After this time, the order enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for the refund to be issued

  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, a replacement will be sent automatically once approved.
